18thc Antique English 30 Hour Single Hand Birdcage Longcase Grandfather Clock Movement Repair & Service
This antique 18thc 8 day bell striking grandfather longcase clock movement came in for a complete strip, clean and service, needed 6 new bushes includng the main barrel bushes, 2 new pivots and all pivots polished. Then the longcase grandfather clock was reassembled back, all parts lubricated and oiled correctly and went through vigorous testing. This antique clock repair was completed for a client in Bristol South West. The client as usual was delighted with the clean and service and with how it turned out and now all set up and working at the clients home in Bristol South West.
This antique 18thc single weight 30 hour single hand birdcage grandfather longcase clock movement came in not to bad a state of repair and only required a general clean and service, been well looked after only required 1 bush, pivots polished. Then the longcase grandfather clock was reassembled back, all parts lubricated and oiled correctly and went through vigorous testing.
